- Carrot (1/2 grated)
- Cabbage (3 tbsp (shredded))
- Onion (1/2 finely chopped)
- Sweet Corn (3 tbsp )
- Coriander Leaves (2 tbsp)
- Cream (1/2 cup)
- Pepper Powder (1/2 tsp)
- Chili Flakes (1/2 tsp )
- Mixed Herbs (1/2 tsp)
- Bread (8 slices)
- Capsicum (1/2 finely chopped)
Instructions to make Veggies Malai Sandwich Recipe
firstly, in a large bowl take ½ carrot, 3 tbsp cabbage, ½ capsicum, ½ onion, 3 tbsp sweet corn and 2 tbsp coriander. add ½ cup cream, ½ tsp pepper powder, ½ tsp chilli flakes and ½ tsp mixed herbs
mix well making sure everything is well combined. now take a bread slice and spread 2 tbsp of prepared vegetable malai mixture.
cover with another bread slice and press gently. trim off the sides. you can keep the sides if you prefer.
finally, enjoy malai sandwich with tomato sauce.
