- Green Cabbage (4 cups, chopped )
- Carrots (3 large, chopped )
- Celery (2 rib, finely chopped )
- Onion (1 medium, finely chopped )
- Chicken Broth (3 cups )
- Tomato (1 can, with Italian seasonings )
- Salt (1 tsp )

Instructions to make Cabbage Soup Recipe
In a large soup pot, heat oil over medium heat. Add cabbage, carrots, celery and onion and cook, stirring often, until onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.
Add broth, tomatoes, salt and pepper. Bring to a simmer, cover and reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until all vegetables are tender (40-60 minutes, depending on your preferred consistency).
