Ingredents Chicken karahi
- Ginger & Garlic (1 & 1/2 tbsp)
- Chicken with bones (500 kg)
- Tomatoes (1/2 kg)
- Green Chilies (6 to 9)
- Green Coriander (1 cup)
- Salt (as a required)
- Crushed Black pepper (1 tsp)
- Red Chili Flakes (1/2 tsp)
- Red Chili Powder (1 tsp)
- Garam masala powder (1/2 tsp)
Instructions to make Chicken karahi
Heat the wok on the medium flame.
Add ginger garlic paste and sauté it.
Now add chicken and cook until then its change the color.
Add salt and green chilies and all spices except Garam masala powder.
Cover and cook for 5 minutes on the low flame.
Peel the tomatoes and cut into four slices and add in the wok.
Again cover & cook 15 minutes to tender the chicken.
The chicken is soft then absorb extra water and the oil comes separate from the chicken.
In the end, sprinkle the Garam masala powder and coriander leaves.
Serve with hot roti, naan, and chapattis.
