  • Blueberries (1 & 1/4 cup frozen)
  • Banana ( 1 medium ripe )
  • Orange (1/2 of a medium orange peeled)
  • Milk (1 cup )
  • Almond Butter (1 tbsp)
  • Chia Seeds (1 tsp )
  • Hemp Seeds (1 tsp )
  • Flax Seeds (1 tsp )
  • Honey ( 1 tsp )

Instructions to make Easy Blueberry Smoothie Recipe

Step #1

Add the blueberries, banana, orange and 3/4 cup of the milk to a blender. If you plan to add any, add optional ingredients to the blender.

Step #2

Turn blender on and blend until creamy and smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, add a bit more milk.
